Application for Return/Refund

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for the return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund no later than 7 days after receiving item item.

Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances: 

• The Item has not been received by Buyer; or incomplete set of items
• The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery
• Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.) to Buyer
• The Item delivered to Buyer is materially & significantly different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item

To start a return, Buyer can contact us at zamst.chololegisma@gmail.com. If return is accepted, we’ll send Buyer a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Item/s
Please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the wrong item is received, so that we can evaluate the issue.

To be eligible for a return, Buyer should ensure that item is in the same condition as it was received on delivery, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This includes any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the item. We recommend Buyer to take a photo of the item and keep the receipt or proof of purchase, if applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy, Buyer may not apply for the return of the Item and/or refund due to preference or a change of mind.

We highly encourage our Buyers to read the specifications carefully before purchase. Furthermore, Buyers can also contact us directly via social media (@zamst_ph) or e-mail should they have further clarifications.

The items stipulated in this Refund Policy does not cover sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify Buyer once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, Buyer will be automatically refunded on the original payment method, or through bank or GCash within 7-14 days. Please remember it can take some time for banks or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping
Zamst Philippines wishes to assure our buyers proper handling, packaging, and sealing before turnover to 3rd party couriers such as Grab Express, Gogo Express, Lalamove, J&T Express, LBC, and DHL. However, care of these items after turnover is beyond our control.

Standard shipping allowance is 3-7 working days (Metro Manila) and 4-14 working days (provincial) from the shipment date. For same day delivery (Metro Manila only), item will be received within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Zamst Philippines is not responsible for any damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied to us, or for the inability of Buyer to receive the package on the day specified that it should be delivered.
